Initial Assessment
The initial assessment is the first counseling appointment.
At your first appointment, we will talk about the issue that brought you to counseling and review your relevant history. Then, together we will determine an appropriate initial treatment plan for you. This is also a great time for us to get to know each other and determine whether we will be a good fit.
Initial assessment $250
Individual Therapy
Probably the most common service I offer is individual counseling sessions. An individual session is a one-on-one session with me and my client. These sessions are typically 55 minutes and usually are scheduled weekly or every other week.
Individual session $160
Parent Coaching
I offer parent coaching services to parents whose children are struggling with things like ADHD. I have extensive experience working with children and families and am happy to discuss whether this service would be appropriate or helpful in your situation.
Parent coaching session $160
Occasionally, a client may require some coordination with other individuals in their lives in order to provide quality treatment. This is a less common service for adults.
Case management $140 per hour
