Fees

Initial Assessment: $250

Individual Treatment: $160

Family treatment (with or without client present): $160

Case management: $140 per hour (billed in 30 min increments)

Parenting coaching $160/session 

No show/late cancellation fee: $75

While I make it a policy to not become involved in any legal proceedings involving a client, if I am mandated to become involved, any time spent related to that involvement (including but not limited to time spent reviewing or preparing records; time spent preparing for depositions or court appearances; or time spent providing testimony in depositions or in court) will be billed at $350 per hour, billed in 15 min increments

I accept the following insurances:

• BCBS Premera (not Regence)

• LifeWise

• Premera

If you have a different insurance carrier that you would like to use for services, I am happy to provide you with a receipt for services rendered for you to submit to your insurance for an out-of-network benefit. If you have more questions about this process, feel free to contact me.
